文章从事前预防、事中检查、事后控制3个方面对水利工程施工阶段的质量控制进行了系统的阐述,以期对提高工程监理的工作质量和开展监理工作有一定的启示。
This article systematically elaborates the quality control of water conservancy project in the three stages of pre-prevention, incident check and post-event control, with a view to improving the quality of project supervision and carrying out supervision.
