北京市土建学会城市规划专业委员会于1986年12月26日举行了维护古都风貌问题的学术讨论会。这是在首都规划建设委员会建筑艺术委员会召开的同一问题讨论会之后召开的该委员会的第二次讨论会(第一次讨论会于1986年夏季举行)。会前为了使讨论能深入展开,在11月下旬和12月上旬组织了三次报告会,请中国城规院王瑞珠建筑师做了“国外历史文化名城的保护”,中国建筑学会副秘书长张祖刚高级建筑师做了“新旧建筑的谐调问题”和清华大学建筑系吴焕加教授做了“美国新旧建筑的关系问题”的报告。这次讨论会上有十四位同志发言,就保护古都风貌提法的认识问题、如何理解旧城保护与改造两者的关系问题以及在旧城保护与改建中如何处理好新旧建筑之间的关系问题……等进行了探讨,提出了许多有益的见解和具体意见。下面是其中部分同志的发言摘要(依发言顺序排列)。
On December 26, 1986, the Urban Planning Professional Committee of the Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Beijing Municipality held a seminar on the maintenance of the ancient capital landscape. This was the second seminar of the committee that was held after the same issue seminar held by the Planning and Construction Committee of the Capital Planning and Construction Committee (the first seminar was held in summer 1986). Before the meeting, in order to deepen the discussion, three report meetings were organized in late November and early December. Wang Ruizhu, the architect of the China Urban Planning Institute, asked for the protection of a famous historical and cultural city abroad. Zhang Zugang, deputy secretary-general of the Architectural Society of China The architects made a “harmonious problem of old and new buildings” and Professor Wu Huanjia of the Department of Architecture of Tsinghua University made a report on the “relationship between old and new architecture in the United States.” At this seminar, 14 comrades spoke on the protection of ancient capitals, how to understand the relationship between the protection and reconstruction of the old city, and how to deal with old and new buildings in the protection and reconstruction of the old city. The relationship issues... were discussed and many useful insights and specific opinions were put forward. The following is a summary of some of the comrades’ speeches (in order of their statements).
