Clinically, the finger opening and closing motion test is a commonly used test item of motor ability of patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) in neurology. It mainly evaluates the fine hand movement ability of the patient from three aspects of movement amplitude, speed and regularity. This paper aims to focus on quantitative evaluation of the regularity of finger opening and closing movements in PD patients. The inertial sensor unit is used to collect the movement signals of the index finger and the thumb during the opening and closing of the finger and calculate the approximate entropy (ApEn) and sample entropy (SampEn) Nonlinear dynamic indicators, and then statistical analysis of the results. The results showed that the two indicators not only in the case group and the control group have a greater difference, but also with the clinicians given uniform Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) corresponding score higher correlation, indicating that two All these indexes can reflect the extent of the repetitive movement of finger in patients with Parkinson’s disease to a certain extent, which can be used as a reliable method to evaluate the exercise ability of patients with Parkinson’s disease clinically.
