目的探讨人性化护理对于改善手术室护理质量、患者满意度方面的影响。方法随机挑选2015.9-2016.12期间在我院行手术患者70例,将采用人性化护理模式进行护理的患者定为研究组(35例),将采用常规护理模式进行护理的患者定为对照组(35例),分析两种护理模式对护理质量和患者满意度方面的影响。结果研究组护理质量优秀率和护理满意率分别为45.7%、60%;对照组分别为34.3%、25.7%。结论对手术患者施加人性化护理能力高手术室护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of humanized nursing on the improvement of operating room nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Methods Seventy patients undergoing surgical operation in our hospital were randomly selected from September 2015 to December 2016. The patients treated with the pattern of humanized nursing were selected as the study group (35 cases), and the patients treated with the routine nursing model as the control group (35 Cases) to analyze the impact of the two nursing modalities on quality of care and patient satisfaction. Results The rate of excellent nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were 45.7% and 60% respectively, while those in the control group were 34.3% and 25.7% respectively. Conclusions Applying humanized nursing care to operating patients with high operating room nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
