采用过硫酸钠对高硫煤样进行阻化处理,预先破坏或者减少煤中硫化物、活性基团,在可控的条件下,提前把煤氧复合产生的热量安全的释放,提高煤与氧低温反应的难度,从而达到防止煤自燃的目的。采用程序升温氧化法对煤样进行模拟氧化实验,用气相色谱对煤氧化产生的CO、CO2进行分析,从宏观上分析阻化前后煤样自燃特性的变化;用傅里叶-红外分析仪对煤样进行测试,从微观上分析阻化前后煤样主要活性官能团变化规律。结合宏观与微观分析得出:过硫酸钠可以作为一种防止高硫煤炭自燃的化学阻化剂。
The use of sodium persulfate on the high-sulfur coal sample resistance treatment, in advance to destroy or reduce the coal sulfide, active groups, under controlled conditions, ahead of the coal-oxygen heat generated by the safe release, improve coal and oxygen The difficulty of low temperature reaction, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing spontaneous combustion of coal. The simulated oxidation experiment of coal samples was carried out by programmed temperature oxidation method. The CO and CO2 produced by coal oxidation were analyzed by gas chromatography. The changes of spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal samples before and after the resistance reduction were analyzed macroscopically. Coal samples were tested, microscopic analysis of resistance changes before and after the main active functional groups of coal samples change. According to macroscopic and microscopic analysis, sodium persulfate can be used as a chemical retardant to prevent spontaneous combustion of high-sulfur coal.
