为系统评价季酮酸类化合物HNPC-A9012的杀螨活性、作用方式及环境因素对其应用效能的影响,采用玻片法、浸渍法和根部内吸等方法系统的研究了新化合物HNPC-A9012作用方式及室内杀螨活性,并研究了新化合物HNPC-A9012的渗透性、传导性以及温度对其杀螨效果的影响。试验结果表明,化合物HNPC-A9012对朱砂叶螨具有较强的毒力,且以胃毒活性为主,触杀和内吸活性较弱:对不同生长阶段的朱砂叶螨均具有较高的活性:在植物体内的内吸性和渗透性较差,属正温度系数类型杀螨剂。
In order to evaluate systematically the influence of acaricidal activity, mode of action and environmental factors on the application efficiency of the quaternary keto acid compound HNPC-A9012, the new compound HNPC-A9012 was systematically studied by using slide method, dipping method and root internal absorption. The mode of action and indoor acaricidal activity, and studied the new compound HNPC-A9012 permeability, conductivity and temperature on its acaricidal effect. The results showed that the compound HNPC-A9012 had strong virulence to Tetranychus cinnabarinus and was mainly characterized by stomach toxicity and low contact and inhalation activity. It had higher activities against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at different growth stages: In the plant’s internal absorption and permeability is poor, is a positive temperature coefficient type acaricide.
