目的:探讨弓形虫对HPB-ALL细胞及CNE-2Z细胞增殖的影响。方法:取培养至对数生长期的HPB-ALL细胞和CNE-2Z细胞分别接种于96孔培养板中,加入不同浓度(1×10~4、2×10~4、4×10~4、8×10~4、16×10~4/mL)的弓形虫速殖子作用48h,MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率。结果:弓形虫对HPB-ALL细胞增殖抑制率依次为14%、20%、33%、38%和39%,除第1组外,其余4组的吸光度值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验3、4、5组吸光度值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);弓形虫对CNE-2Z细胞增殖抑制率分别是4%、9%、16%、20%和23%,其中实验4、5组吸光度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弓形虫速殖子对体外培养的HPB-ALL细胞和CNE-2Z细胞增殖有不同程度的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Toxoplasma gondii on the proliferation of HPB-ALL cells and CNE-2Z cells. Methods: HPB-ALL cells and CNE-2Z cells cultured in the logarithmic growth phase were inoculated into 96-well culture plates, respectively. Different concentrations (1 × 10-4, 2 × 10-4 and 10-4, 8 × 10 ~ 4, 16 × 10 ~ 4 / mL) Toxoplasma gondii 48h, MTT assay inhibition rate of cell proliferation. Results: The inhibitory rates of Toxoplasma gondii on the proliferation of HPB-ALL cells were 14%, 20%, 33%, 38% and 39%, respectively. Except for the first group, the absorbance values of the other four groups were statistically different from the control group (P <0.05). The absorbance values of groups 3, 4 and 5 were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.01). The inhibitory rates of Toxoplasma gondii on CNE-2Z cells were 4% 9%, 16%, 20% and 23%, respectively. The absorbance of experimental group 4,5 was significantly different from that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Toxoplasma tachyzoites can inhibit the proliferation of HPB-ALL cells and CNE-2Z cells in vitro to some extent.
