目的探讨用微生物制剂治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)的效果。方法选取我院检测幽门螺旋杆菌阳性病人160例,随机分成两组。治疗组用复方乳酸杆菌联合替普瑞酮治疗一个月。对照组用常规质子泵抑制剂(PPI)方案治疗7d。疗程结束后分别行胃镜病理活检及14C呼气试验检测HP,比较两组治疗方案的HP根除率。结果治疗组根除率87.75%,对照组根除率76.92%,两组比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论微生物制剂治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染方面的作用与抗菌药相似,可进一步扩大总结与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of using microbial agents in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (HP). Methods 160 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with compound Lactobacillus combined teprenone for one month. The control group was treated with conventional proton pump inhibitor (PPI) regimen for 7 days. After the end of treatment, gastroscopic biopsy and 14C breath test were performed to detect HP, and the HP eradication rates of the two groups were compared. Results The eradication rate was 87.75% in the treatment group and 76.92% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The role of microbial agents in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection is similar to that of antibacterial agents, which can be further expanded and summarized.
