目的:探讨骨肿瘤复发后组织起源及相关癌基因蛋白表达的变化。方法:应用免疫组化方法,测定8例骨肿瘤复发前后16个标本Vimentin.Actin.p53C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。良性骨肿瘤2例,恶性骨肿瘤6例。结果:2例良性骨肿瘤在复发前后各项指标均无变化;6例恶性骨肿瘤中,3例Vimentin,5例Actin,3例p53和2例C-erbB-2基因在复发前后表达结果不同。结论:复发恶性骨肿瘤与原发可能并非同源,体内存在另外的致癌因素,使癌基因发生改变,导致肿瘤再生。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tissue origin and expression of related oncogene proteins after bone tumor recurrence. METHODS: Immunohistochemical method was used to determine Vimentin in 16 specimens before and after 8 cases of bone tumor recurrence. Actin. Expression of p53C-erbB-2 protein. There were 2 benign bone tumors and 6 malignant bone tumors. Results: There were no changes in two indicators of benign bone tumors before and after recurrence. Of the 6 malignant bone tumors, 3 were Vimentin, 5 Actin, 3 p53, and 2 C-erbB-2 genes had different expressions before and after recurrence. . Conclusion: The recurrence of malignant bone tumors may not be homologous to the original. There are additional carcinogenic factors in the body, causing the oncogene to change and lead to tumor regeneration.
