十多年来,在国防科工委、国家有关主管部门、总公司领导和支持下,在各企事业单位的共同努力下,核领域的国家军用标准、国家标准、行业标准已迈出了可喜的一步,取得了很大成绩,初步建立起核工业标准体系基本框架,到1994年底已发布核工业标准约1300项。这些标准涉及军用核动力装置、核电站及其他核设施、核材料和核燃料、核仪器及核探测器、辐射防护和放射性废物管理、铀矿冶、铀矿地质以及放射性同位素等核技术开发领域。 随着核工业标准化事业的发展,各级领导和广大工程技术人员的标准化意识有了明显的提高,对标准化工作给予很大支持。现在从总公司各主管局到下面各企事业单位,都有了标准化管理机构。许多单位都成立了以主管技术的厂（院）长或总师挂帅的标准化委员会,下设专门的标准化办事机构,各科研室、各车间都有标准化管理人员。另外,我们已有一支包括三大全国性标准化技术委员会的专家在内的、有一定标准化素质的标准化工作队伍。他们在“以质量为中心、标准计量为基础”的技术监督工作方针指导下,对标准的制修订、宣传和贯彻实
