伴随着时代发展的脚步,我国也越来越注重教育事业的发展,提倡培养更加全面的、适应社会发展所需的教师人才,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中提到:要求大力发展职业教育,提高职业教育的质量。为解决这一问题,许多高职院校纷纷组织教师到有关企业进行挂职锻炼。尽管这种方法取得了显著的成效,但也存在诸多问题,本文对此问题进行简要分析以及解决办法的探讨。
