目前煤层气井排采仍主要沿用油田开发的有杆泵采油系统,使用游梁式抽油机作为地面驱动设备。在实际生产中,抽油机过载停机问题日益突出,本文从抽油机力学条件上分析抽油机过载现象原因,推导煤层气排采井抽油机载荷、扭矩数学式,论证载荷与扭矩的影响因素,进而依据影响因素提出减少过载停机问题的方法与措施。将措施在排采现场实施,显著减少了抽油机过载状况,取得明显效果,改善抽油机运行工况。
At present, CBM well drainage still mainly adopts the sucker rod pump oil recovery system developed by the oil field, and uses a beam pumping unit as a ground-driven equipment. In actual production, the pumping unit shutdown problem is more and more prominent. This paper analyzes the reason of the pumping unit overload from the mechanics condition of the pumping unit, deduces the formula of load and torque of the pumping unit and expresses the load and torque Influencing factors, and then based on the influencing factors to reduce the method of overloading and stop the problem and measures. The implementation of the measures in the discharge field, significantly reducing the overload condition of the pumping unit, and achieved significant results, improve pumping operating conditions.
