The withdrawal of the Murdoch News Corporation from the Chinese market has aroused the concern and discussion both at home and abroad regarding the uniqueness of the relationship between the Chinese media regulation and the industrial value chain. The media property right regulation has a direct impact on the layout and channels of the value chain of News Corporation’s media market in China. The strict restrictions on the flow of property rights are the fundamental reasons that hinder the realization of its economic value.
