目的寻求老年高脂血症的有效治疗方法,观察氟伐他汀钠胶囊联合荷丹片的降脂效果。方法选择天津市滨海新区泰达医院普内科门诊老年高脂血症患者27 0例,随机分为治疗组(A组)、单独应用氟伐他汀钠胶囊组(B组)以及单独应用荷丹片组(C组)三组,各9 0例。治疗组口服氟伐他汀钠胶囊,每次4 0 m g,1次/d,同时口服荷丹片,2片/次,3次/d。B组口服氟伐他汀钠胶囊,每次4 0 m g,1次/d。C组口服荷丹片,2片/次,3次/d。三组均观察半年,治疗结束后观察三组各项指标的变化。结果疗程结束后A、B、C三组各项指标治疗前后相比均差异有统计学意义P<0.0 1,B组和C组在疗程结束后的各项血脂指标相比差异无统计学意义P>0.0 5,A组和B组、C组在治疗后的各项血脂指标相比均差异有统计学意义P<0.0 1。结论单独应用氟伐他汀钠胶囊和单独应用荷丹片降脂效果类似,但是,氟伐他汀钠胶囊和荷丹片联合应用的降脂效果则显著优于两药单独应用,可见,中西医结合是老年高脂血症的有效治疗方法。
Objective To seek an effective treatment for senile hyperlipidemia and observe the lipid-lowering effect of fluvastatin sodium capsule combined with holtein tablets. Methods Totally 270 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia in outpatient department of TEDA Hospital of Binhai New Area were randomly divided into treatment group (group A), fluvastatin sodium capsule group (group B) and holin alone group (C group) three groups, each 90 cases. The treatment group orally fluvastatin sodium capsules, each 40mg, 1 / d, while oral tablets of lozenges, 2 tablets / time, 3 times / d. Group B orally fluvastatin sodium capsules, each 4 0 m g, 1 / d. Group C oral drug tablets, 2 tablets / time, 3 times / d. Three groups were observed for six months, after the end of treatment observed changes in various indicators of the three groups. Results After treatment, there were significant differences in the indexes of A, B and C between before and after treatment (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the indexes of blood lipids between the two groups after treatment P> 0.05. There was a significant difference in all the lipid parameters between group A and group B and group C after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusions The application of fluvastatin sodium capsule alone is similar to that of the single application of Haldane tablets, but the combination of fluvastatin sodium capsules and Haldane tablets is superior to the two drugs alone in lipid-lowering effect. It can be seen that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine Is an effective treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia.
