系统机上功能试验的有效开展在飞机研制过程中具有重要的意义。针对某型飞机液压系统功能试验中RAT发电条件下3#系统备用泵抢电故障,从设计方面(3#电动泵控制逻辑)及设计验证方面(试验程序问题、设备问题等)对故障原因进行了定位分析。研究发现,故障为试验程序中蓄压器压力设置不合理所致。最后对程序提出了改进方案,并通过机上验证确认故障排除,提高了功能试验验证的可靠性。
The effective development of system on-board functional tests is of great significance in the development of aircraft. Aiming at the failure of 3 # system standby pump in RAT power generation function test in the hydraulic system functional test of a certain type of aircraft, the cause of the malfunction was investigated from the aspects of design (3 # electric pump control logic) and design verification (test procedure, equipment, etc.) Positioning analysis. The study found that the failure of the pressure test pressure accumulator set due to unreasonable.
