高职院校教师科研绩效评估是教师评估的一个重要方面。当前高职院校教师科研绩效评估存在着评估指标与本科高校雷同、评估标准单一、评估方法简单及评估结果运用功利化等问题。就此,结合高职院校科研工作的特点应明确定位,设计合理的教师科研绩效评估体系,确定多层次多样性的评估指标,采取科学的评估方法正确定性与定量的关系,并尽量避免教师科研绩效评估结果应用的功利化,以促进高职教师科研绩效评估的科学性和合理性。
