The Great East Japan Earthquake aggravated Japan’s economy and hit a long-term downturn in Japan’s economy, which suffered a series of negative factors and rapidly expanded: nuclear radiation caused by the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident and the ensuing In addition, the Yen not only did not devalue due to catastrophe, but instead experienced a sharp rise in value. The zero-stocking feature was once regarded as the most efficient on-time supply system - supply chain rupture. These emerging issues are intertwined with the old problems of a declining birthrate, a government debt crisis and a severe industry emptiness that have precipitated a sharp deterioration in the industrial environment in Japan. The devastating impact on the global industrial chain also demonstrated at least the fact that the Japanese industry is still highly competitive in the global manufacturing system. The rapid reconstruction of the Japanese industry after the earthquake once again proved that Japanese companies have built a strong organizational capacity. Japan’s industrial development model and evolutionary path has important reference significance.
