目的通过质量控制考核评价实验室的检测能力,提高实验室检测水平,保证检测结果准确、可靠。方法对江苏省疾病预防控制中心下发的病原微生物考核样品用细菌培养法进行增菌、分纯,依据细菌生长特性、革兰染色、形态、生化试验、血清学和ATB鉴定结果进行综合判断。结果经分离鉴定,该样品检出2株肠道致病菌,为伤寒沙门菌和福氏志贺菌2a。质控考核成绩优秀。结论实验室质控考核和室间比对有助于促进实验室间技术交流与合作,提高疾病控制机构卫生检测水平。 Objective To assess the quality of laboratory testing through the assessment of the ability to improve the level of laboratory testing to ensure that the test results accurate and reliable. Methods The samples of pathogenic microorganisms evaluated by Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention were amplified by bacteria culture method and analyzed according to bacterial growth characteristics, Gram stain, morphology, biochemical tests, serology and ATB identification results. Results Isolation and identification, the sample detected two strains of enteric pathogens, Salmonella typhi and Shigella flexneri 2a. Excellent quality control examination results. Conclusion Laboratory quality control assessment and room comparison help to promote laboratory technology exchange and cooperation, and improve the level of hygiene control of disease control agencies.
