最近几年,我国城市智能交通市场呈爆发式增长。自2009年,政策方面的利好导致大项目较多,各地都在上演“资本”大戏。除了传统的智能交通企业外,一些大型合资公司、集成公司也开始通过BT(建设-移交)、BOT(建设-运营-移交)、BLT(建设-租赁-移交)等模式介入城市智能交通领域。一时间,各地城市智能交通建设开展得如火如荼。城市智能交通的快速发展,综合来讲对行业的推动无疑是有益的,电子警察、卡口的建设对维护城市安全起到了很大作用;而轨道交通、智能公交等项目的上马,对民众的出行有了很大的帮助。但在快速发展的过程中,也有一些不理性之处值得我们认真思考。
