Using conventional transmission electron microscopy, 50 cases of peroneal nerve dorsal pedis biopsy specimens were observed, with particular emphasis on the structure of the perineurium cells found in the perineurium cells rich in microfilaments. Its features are: 1. Or in the cytoplasm converged into a dense body, or inserted in the plasma membrane attached to the plaque, much like smooth muscle cells in the distribution of filaments; 2. Perineural mesothelial cells in the microfilament content More, while the inner and outer cells is relatively small; 3 different layers of the same membrane of the perineurium, different content of micro-silk, containing more micro-silk cells higher density, can be called dark cells; containing micro Less silk cells lower density, can be called bright cells, see also the middle type cells; 4. The perineal cells within the uneven distribution of microfilaments, more dark areas, less bright area. Immunohistochemistry of myosin antibody and actin antibody was performed in two specimens by light and electron microscopy. Β-tubulin antibody and blank test (phosphate buffer instead of the first antibody) were compared. In this paper, we found that there are obvious myosin antibody reactive dense substances and (?) Actin antibody in the middle layer of the perineural membrane, and the reactants in the inner and outer cells are light. Blank control is negative. In the sections that reacted with the β-tubulin antibody, filamentous reactants were visible in the axons. This shows that the presence of contractile components in myeloid cells, myosin and actin, suggests that the perineurium may undergo slow systolic and diastolic movements. The possible physiological and pathological effects are discussed.
