一、前言磨削加工是精加工的主要手段之一。在加工中,常常会发生强烈的振动,通常称为颤振。颤振会给加工质量带来严重的问题,降低表面光洁度、加工精度,对机床寿命也带来不利影响。因此,研究颤振对于提高生产率、加工质量具有十分重要的意义。许多学者的研究指出,变速磨削能够有效地抑制颤振,但对这种作用的理论解释却很少。作者从振动调制的观点提出了下面的观点:振动调制是磨削颤振发展的重要因素,变速磨削有效地改善了颤振的调制状态,从而抑制了颤振的发展。作者在上海机床厂生产的M1420型磨床上作外圆切入磨的变速磨削试验,实验结果证实了理论分析的结论。
First, the preface Grinding is one of the main means of finishing. In machining, strong vibrations often occur, often called chattering. Flutter will bring serious problems to the processing quality, reduce the surface finish, processing precision, and also have an adverse effect on the service life of the machine tool. Therefore, the study of flutter for improving productivity, processing quality is of great significance. Many scholars have pointed out that variable speed grinding can effectively suppress chatter, but there are few theoretical explanations for this effect. From the perspective of vibration modulation, the author puts forward the following viewpoints: Vibration modulation is an important factor in the development of chatter vibration. Variable speed grinding effectively improves the modulation state of chatter vibration and thus suppresses the development of chatter vibration. The author made a variable speed grinding test on the M1420 grinding machine produced by Shanghai Machine Tool Plant, and the experimental results confirmed the conclusion of the theoretical analysis.
