The Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party has planned the grand blueprint for the development of national economy and society in the coming 15 years and put forth new requirements on the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. The 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party will make new major decisions and arrangements for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
