高校团学干部是高校师生双向联系的桥梁与枢纽。办好青年马克思主义培养工程下基层高校团学干部培训,突出共青团主业功能,从情感(Emotion)、态度(Attitude)、价值观(Value)、技术技能(Technical Skills)着手,打造四位一体特色团学干部培训班内容体系对做好青年思想引导工作尤其重要。本文以“EAVT模式”为基础,以广东岭南职业技术学院电子信息工程学院团学干部培训为例并结合青年马克思主义工程下基层高校团学干部培训的具体培训内容对该模式做出详尽的介绍,旨在为高校团学干部培训模式上提出一些建议。 League and cadres in colleges and universities are the bridges and hubs for the two-way connection between teachers and students in colleges and universities.
