随着既有铁路提高列车速度,对铁路设备提出了更高要求。本文针对目前既有铁路广泛使用的工频轨道电源,提出一种利用高频开关电源技术研制的新型25 Hz轨道电源进行替代。该电源采用正弦脉宽调制技术(SPWM)、功率因数校正技术(PFC)、全桥逆变技术和短路保护技术,将110 V交流输出和220 V交流输出整合在一个模块中。详细论述了该电源模块的组成和工作原理,解决了工程应用中的负载短路引起的模块输出中断、雷电保护及牵引电流干扰等关键问题,使模块的可靠性得到较大提高。模块内嵌入了监控单元,具有告警、通信、数据采集、控制等功能,使远程监控成为现实,减轻了工作量。该电源模块体积小、重量轻、效率高、智能化程度高,实际使用证明,该电源可以替代目前的工频电源。
As the existing railways increase the speed of trains, higher demands are placed on railway equipment. In this paper, a new type of 25 Hz rail power supply developed by using high-frequency switching power supply is proposed to replace the power frequency rail power which is widely used in existing railways. This power supply integrates 110 VAC output and 220 VAC output into one module using sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM), power factor correction (PFC), full bridge inverter and short circuit protection. The composition and working principle of the power module are discussed in detail, and the key problems of module output interruption, lightning protection and traction current interference caused by load short circuit in engineering application are solved, and the reliability of the module is greatly improved. Embedded in the module monitoring unit, with alarm, communication, data acquisition, control and other functions, so that remote monitoring become a reality, reducing the workload. The power module is small, light weight, high efficiency, high degree of intelligence, the actual use of that power can replace the current power frequency power supply.
