文献[1]论证了锗窗的干涉效应是造成CO_2激光器输出不稳定的重要因素。为了消除干涉效应的影响,改善激光输出的稳定性,文本提供了某些具体措施。实践证明,这些措施确实有效。多年来人们一直在探求影响CO_2激光器输出稳定性的各种因素[2]~[6]。但是错窗本身的干涉效应却一直未予以重视。文献[1]曾论证过它是造成激光器输出不稳定的重要因素。实践表明,不消除干涉效应的影响,就不能根本解决功率的波动。高稳定输出的激光器,除了在其它方面作了努力外,实际上也是消除了干涉效应影响的结果。
Literature [1] demonstrated that the interference effect of germanium window is an important factor that causes the output of CO 2 laser to be unstable. In order to eliminate the influence of interference effect and improve the stability of laser output, the text provides some concrete measures. Practice shows that these measures are indeed effective. Over the years people have been exploring the various factors that affect the output stability of CO 2 lasers [2] ~ [6]. However, the interference effect of the wrong window itself has not been taken seriously. Literature [1] has demonstrated that it is an important factor in the instability of the laser output. Practice shows that it is impossible to fundamentally solve the fluctuation of power without removing the influence of the interference effect. Highly stable laser output, in addition to other efforts, but also virtually eliminate the interference effect of the results.
