从现代意识的角度看,企业文化既是一种经济文化,也是一种全新的管理方式,它突出表现在尊重人的价值及其实现,因而具有激发人的积极性的作用。因此,需要我们将这种价值实现同企业的发展协调起来,强化企业的凝聚力和感召力;需要用一种先进的文化对其进行管理,将其中的管理思想与管理实践结合起来,升华为一种全新的方法和观念,以创新的理念解决企业文化建设实践中存在的不足,从而提高企业文化的内涵和建设水平,这也必将对我们新一轮的发展产生重要作用。
From the point of view of modern consciousness, corporate culture is not only an economic culture, but also a brand new management style. It highlights the value and realization of human beings and therefore has the function of stimulating people’s enthusiasm. Therefore, we need to reconcile this realization of value with the development of enterprises and strengthen the cohesion and charisma of enterprises. We need to manage them with an advanced culture and combine the management ideas and management practices into a New methodologies and concepts, innovative ideas to solve the existing problems in the construction of corporate culture, thereby enhancing the connotation and level of corporate culture, which will also play an important role in our new round of development.
