目的探讨泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法对泪道阻塞患者90例(94眼)行泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术,保留硅胶管3~6个月,术后随访,观察泪道引流泪液功能的恢复情况。结果拔管后随访半年以上,治愈84眼(89.36%),好转8眼(8.51%),总有效率97.87%。结论泪道激光成型联合硅胶管植入术治疗泪道阻塞是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of lacrimal laser molding combined with silicone tube implantation in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 90 patients (94 eyes) with lacrimal duct obstruction underwent lacrimal laser combined silicone tube implantation. The silicone tube was retained for 3 to 6 months. The postoperative follow-up was performed to observe the recovery of lacrimal duct drainage tear function. Results The patients were followed up for more than half a year after extubation, 84 eyes (89.36%) were cured, 8 eyes (8.51%) were cured, and the total effective rate was 97.87%. Conclusion lacrimal duct laser molding combined with silicone tube implantation for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction is an effective treatment.
