1病例介绍 患儿王某,女,13岁。于1999年12月17日下午在学校教室内,乡医用玻璃注射器于左上臂三角肌外侧皮下接种0.5 ml流脑菌苗。使用的流脑菌苗为卫生部上海生物制品研究所生产,批号981114-2,失效期2000年10月,接种严格按无菌程序操作。接种后30分钟,患儿出现四肢抽搐。自感咽喉部梗塞,呼吸急促。乡医立即给予平卧,皮下注射0.1％肾上腺素0.5 ml,肌注地塞米松5 mg。疗效不明显,抽搐继续加重,并出现失语,立即送往卫生院治疗。
1 case description Children Wang, female, 13 years old. Township doctors immediately given supine, subcutaneous 0.1% epinephrine 0.5 ml, intramuscular dexamethasone 5 mg. Efficacy is not obvious, convulsions continue to aggravate, and aphasia, immediately sent to the hospital for treatment.
