目的 :研究急性髓性白血病LRP基因、MRP基因表达与疗效的关系。方法 :用RT -PCR法检测 37例急性髓性白血病LRP基因、MRP基因表达 ,按此两种基因表达分成LRP - /MRP -、LRP - /MRP +、LRP + /MRP -、LRP + /MRP +共 4组 ,统计比较各组疗效。结果 :与LRP - /MRP -组比较 ,其余 3组疗效较低 ,其中LRP + /MRP -组、LRP + /MRP +组存在显著差异 ,但LRP + /MRP +组与LRP + /MRP -组比较疗效基本相同。结论 :急性髓性白血病中存LRP基因表达时 ,治疗疗效差 ,伴MRP基因同时表达时疗效未见明显降低
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of LRP gene and MRP gene and the therapeutic effect in acute myeloid leukemia.
