2013年漯河市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况分析

目的了解漯河市2013年度市售食品食源性致病菌污染的基本情况,及时发现食品安全风险隐患。方法采集漯河市9大类139份样品,按《2013年国家食品污染和有害因素风险工作手册》进行检测。结果总检出率为7.91%,共检出11份食源性致病菌。其中,铜绿假单胞菌在桶装饮用水中检出率最高,为50.00%;蜡样芽孢杆菌在乳及乳制品中检出率8.33%;阪崎肠杆菌在婴幼儿食品检出率6.67%;金黄色葡萄球菌在速冻米面制品检出率6.67%;单增李斯特氏菌在冷冻饮品中检出率5.26%。结论 2013年漯河市食品中存在不同程度的食源性致病菌污染,其中铜绿假单胞菌污染桶装饮用水情况较严重,应引起重视。 Objective To understand the basic situation of food-borne pathogenic bacteria contamination in commercial market of Luohe City in 2013, and discover hidden dangers of food safety risks in time. Methods Ninety-nine samples from 9 major categories of Luohe City were collected and tested according to the “2013 National Handbook of Food Contamination and Hazardous Factors Risk”. Results The total detection rate was 7.91%, a total of 11 food-borne pathogens were detected. Among them, Pseudomonas aeruginosa in tap water was the highest detection rate of 50.00%; Bacillus cereus in milk and dairy products in the detection rate of 8.33%; Enterobacter sakazakii in infant food detection rate of 6.67 %; Staphylococcus aureus in quick-frozen rice noodles products detection rate of 6.67%; Listeria monocytogenes in frozen drinks in the detection rate of 5.26%. Conclusion In 2013, there was some degree of food-borne pathogens contamination in food in Luohe City. Among them, Pseudomonas aeruginosa polluting bottled drinking water was more serious and should be taken seriously.
