目的 为寻找安全、无毒、高效的胃镜消毒方法,本文探讨应用氧化电位水(EOW) 消毒胃镜的效果。方法 对临床污染的50 支胃镜进行现场消毒试验。胃镜经去有机物处理后,以EOW 生成机制备的EOW 原液〔氧化还原电位(ORP)1 100m V,pH2 .7 ,有效氯40 ~50mg/L〕分别浸泡消毒5min、1min 。于消毒前后共采样160 例次。结果 EOW 对胃镜表面自然菌杀灭率5min 、1min 组分别为99 .94 % 、99 .89 % ,1min 组腔内杀灭率为98 .80 % ,平均每件杀灭率为99 .54 % 。结论 在彻底清除胃镜内、外有机物后,用EOW 浸泡1min,能迅速杀灭微生物且因其无毒性残留可省去无菌水冲洗步骤,为临床安全、有效、便捷的消毒方法,经观察350 例对胃镜无损害
Objective To find a safe, non-toxic and efficient method of gastroscopy disinfection, this paper discusses the use of oxidative potential water (EOW) sterilization gastroscopy. Methods Fifty gastroscopes with clinical contamination were disinfected on-site. Gastroscopy to organic matter after treatment, to EOW EOW generation machine prepared stock solution [ORP] 1 100mV, pH2. 7, available chlorine 40 ~ 50mg / L] were soaked disinfection 5min, 1min. A total of 160 samples were taken before and after disinfection. Results EOW kill natural gastroscope surface bacteria 5min, 1min group were 99. 94%, 99. 89%, 1min group cavity kill rate was 98. 80%, the average kill rate of each is 99. 54%. Conclusions After thoroughly cleaning the endoscope and the outside organics, soaking with EOW for 1 min can quickly kill the microorganisms and eliminate the sterile water washing steps because of their non-toxic residues.
