分析了影响锅炉一次风机及风道系统安全经济运行的主要原因 ,并提出了相应的解决方案。确认一次风机运行电耗偏高的主要原因是风机实际运行效率较低及风机选型裕量偏大 ,风道系统振动的主要原因是风机叶片入口气流发生旋转失速和风机入口集流器内部存在中心诱导涡流所致。预计解决方案实施后 ,锅炉风道振动幅值和风机运行电流将显著下降 ,制粉系统通风电耗也将随之下降 ,节电效益相当可观 The main reasons that affect the safe and economical operation of primary air blower and air duct system are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed. The main reasons for the high power consumption of the fan to be confirmed are that the actual operating efficiency of the fan is low and the selection margin of the fan is too large. The main reason for the vibration of the air duct system is the rotational stall of the fan inlet airflow and the internal existence of the fan inlet collector Center induced eddy caused.
