研究了一种高效率可调谐掺镱双包层光纤激光器 ,在抽运半导体激光为 915nm、功率为 1W的条件下 ,掺镱双包层光纤激光器的最大输出功率为 4 4 0mW ,输出斜效率约为 80 %。输出光束的M2 因子为 :x方向 1 0 6 ,y方向 1 0 4。用一光栅作为输出耦合 ,输出波长可在 10 70nm~ 115 0nm的范围内调谐。
A high efficiency tunable Ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber laser is studied. The maximum output power of the Yb-doped double-clad fiber laser is 4 40mW at a pumping semiconductor laser of 915nm and a power of 1W. The output ramp efficiency About 80%.
