长期以来,采油技术人员在确定抽油机合理套压值上做了大量的工作,但一直未能找到一种可靠、简单易行、便于现场推广运用的方法,在生产管理中一般都使用摸索法。使用摸索法确定抽油机井合理套压值,虽不会漏掉最佳点。但也一般需要6~8个套压点,大概需要半月的时间。因此,有必要研究一种简单、准确、既省时又省工的合理套压值定量计算的方法。本文对套压控制原理分析,并采集了大量南翼山Ⅲ+Ⅳ油层组的套压控制数据,在老师傅们试验的基础上,利用多元线性回归分析方法,运用计算机编程,得到线性回归方程,建立了南翼山Ⅲ+Ⅳ油层组抽油机井合理套压值计算的数学模型。误差小,强度低,效率高,适合现场操作。
For a long time, oil extraction technicians have done a great deal of work in determining the proper casing pressure value of pumping units. However, they have not been able to find a reliable, simple and easy way to promote the use on site. They are generally used in production management law. The use of groping method to determine the reasonable sucker well nesting value, though not missed the best point. But generally also need 6 ~ 8 sets of compression point, probably takes half a month’s time. Therefore, it is necessary to study a simple, accurate, both time-saving and labor-saving method of quantitative calculation of reasonable nesting value. This paper analyzes the principle of hedging control and collects a large number of hedge control data of the Nanyishan Ⅲ + Ⅳ reservoir. Based on the experiments of the masters, using the method of multivariate linear regression analysis and computer programming, the linear regression equation , A mathematical model for calculating the reasonable nesting pressure of Nanyishan Ⅲ + Ⅳ oil well sucker was established. Small error, low intensity, high efficiency, suitable for on-site operation.
