最后一次“跑反”诸葛亮没有设过“空城计”,这故事是罗贯中妙笔创造,谭富英们唱出名的。解放战争后期,毛泽东同志确实设过一个“空城计”,并亲笔写新闻,吓退蒋(介石)傅(作义)军。当时《人民日报》正在“空城”中,搞了最后一次“跑反”。 1948年秋末冬初,蒋家王朝的寿命屈指可数了。东北解放战争已近尾声。华北我军围攻太原、解放包头。华东我军解放济南。西北我军在陕(西)中战役歼敌3万,进迫西安。中原我军解放郑州,再克开封。“蒋介石傅作义穷极无聊,派遣第94军及若干骑兵,采取所谓攻心战术,沿平津线南下,企图冒犯石家庄一带。”当时以及事后,许多人都说这是它的一次回光返照。
