由第三届亚大组织相容性专题讨论会(3rd AOHWC)提供血清,对四川地区89例多发性硬化(MS)病人和145例健康人作了HLA-A,-B,-C,-DR和-DQ抗原分型。发现我省的MS与B16(包括B38和B39)和Bw54显著相关,与DRw9呈负相关。
Serum samples were obtained from 3rd AOHWC (3rd AOHWC Symposium), HLA-A, -B, -C, - DR and -DQ antigen typing. MS in our province was found to be significantly associated with B16 (including B38 and B39) and Bw54, and negatively correlated with DRw9.
