目的 :在兔心肌缺血再灌注模型上 ,观察牛磺酸对其血液流变学改变的影响。方法 :2 0只兔随机分 2组。 1组 (对照组 ) :心肌缺血 45min ,再灌注 180min ,未给处理 ;2组 (牛磺酸组 ) :再灌注前 5min从耳缘静脉注入牛磺酸 140mg/kg,余同 1组。阻断冠脉前和再灌注 180min时二次取血 ,测定血液流变学指标。结果 :①对照组再灌注后与阻断冠脉前相比 ,高、低切变率下的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞流动系数明显恶化 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;②与对照组相比 ,牛磺酸组再灌注 180min时 ,高、低切变率下的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞流动系数均明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :牛磺酸可显著改善再灌注后的血液流变性 ,保护缺血再灌注损伤心肌。
Objective: To observe the effect of taurine on the changes of hemorheology in rabbit model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. Group 1 (control group): Myocardial ischemia 45min, reperfusion 180min, no treatment; 2 groups (taurine group): 5min before reperfusion, taurine 140mg / kg was injected into the ear marginal veins. Pre-coronary occlusion and reperfusion 180min when the second blood, determination of blood rheology indicators. Results: ① The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte flow coefficient of the control group after reperfusion were significantly lower than those before the occlusion of the coronary artery (P <0.05); ② Compared with the control group Compared with the taurine group, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte flow coefficient were significantly improved at 180 min after reperfusion (P <0.05). Conclusion: Taurine can significantly improve the hemorrheology after reperfusion and protect the myocardium from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
