近年来,豆磷脂的应用比较广泛,除了能参与并调节机体代谢外,尚可用于制备各种静脉注射乳剂。据报道,用豆磷脂制备的乳剂,具有能使水不溶性药物直接进入血液循环,作用迅速,为网状内皮系统的吞噬细胞吞噬的特点。但是豆磷脂本身对吞噬细胞吞噬功能的影响未见报道。因此,作者采用胶体~(198)Au掺入的方法研究了豆磷脂对小鼠吞噬功能的影响,现将结果报道如下。

Therefore, the authors used colloidal ~ (198) Au incorporation of bean phospholipids on the phagocytosis of mice, the results reported below.
