编辑同志:半年前,我购买了一套商品房,是顶楼。我是看了房地产公司在售楼广告中承诺将提供屋顶花园和宽带网等设施,才买下房子的。在签订售房合同时,我要求将提供屋顶花园和宽带网的承诺写进合同,对方却说售楼广告具有合同效力,无须再在合同中写明。待我搬进小区后,发现房地产公司并没有提供屋顶花园和宽带网等设施。请问,我现在是否可以要求房地产公司以售楼广告为依据,兑现承诺,并请求赔偿?读者邵春博
