维拉帕米(异搏定)具有抑制Ca~(++)内流的作用,能抑制心肌及房室传导,减慢心率,扩张冠状动脉,增加冠脉流量及肾血流量,降低心肌氧耗量。临床主要用于治疗心律失常及心绞痛。我们通过动物实验,证明了维拉帕米的降眼压作用,并探讨了降眼压的机理。局部应用四种浓度的维拉帕米,其中有三种浓度司使家兔眼内压较持续地下降。用药后0.5h眼压已开始下降,3h降至最低点,降压作用持续8h以上。与0.5%噻吗心安比较,降低眼压作用二者无明显差别。
