目的:观察大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液的上清液中的抗菌物质对真菌的杀菌作用。方法:给大鼠ip活的白色念珠菌Candida albicans造成真菌感染模型,观察腹腔炎症渗出液的上清液对C.albicans、光滑念珠菌C.glabrata、热带念珠菌C.tropicalis的杀菌作用,观察温度对上清液抗真菌作用的影响,并在显微镜下观察杀灭C.albicans的过程。结果:造模后24 h的腹腔炎症渗出大量渗出液,渗出液上清液中含有大量的蛋白质,渗出液上清液对C.albicans,C.glabrata,C.tropicalis具有强的杀菌作用,杀菌作用受温度的影响,56℃处理后杀菌活性几乎丧失,上清液可使C.albicans菌体萎缩,然后胞体破碎死亡。结论:大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液上清液中存在强的抗真菌物质,具有强的抗真菌作用,可能通过对真菌的细胞壁/细胞膜而发挥作用。其可能是未被关注或未发现的抗菌蛋白/肽。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the bactericidal effect of antibacterial substances in supernatant of fungal peritoneal inflammatory effusion on fungi. Methods: The model of fungal infection was induced by Candida albicans, a live strain of Candida albicans in rats, and the bactericidal effect of the supernatant of C. albicans, C. glabrata and C.tropicalis on C. albicans was observed. The effect of temperature on the antifungal activity of the supernatant was observed and the process of killing C. albicans was observed under a microscope. RESULTS: Intraperitoneal inflammation excreted a large amount of exudate 24 h after modeling, and the exudate supernatant contained a large amount of protein. The exudate supernatant had strong effects on C. albicans, C. glabrata and C.tropicalis Bactericidal effect and bactericidal effect are affected by temperature. The bactericidal activity is almost lost after treatment at 56 ℃. The supernatant can make C. albicans cells atrophy and then the cell body is broken and died. CONCLUSION: The strong antifungal substance exists in the fungal peritoneal effusion supernatant, which has a strong antifungal effect and may play a role in the fungal cell wall / cell membrane. It may be an antimicrobial protein / peptide that has not been noticed or discovered.
