随着汽车电子技术的快速发展,汽车仪表盘内的集成电路越来越复杂。由于集成电路的工作电压要比汽车电源电压低得多,因此仪表电路中有降压和稳压的元件。下面笔者结合实际维修案例,浅谈汽车仪表盘供电电路的故障诊断方法。故障1故障现象一辆2005款夏利车,在行驶途中发动机冷却液温度表和燃油表突然停止工作。故障诊断该车仪表盘由车速表、发动机冷却液温度表、燃油表及指示灯组成(图1),没有转速表。拆下仪表盘内的印刷电路板,发现有一处铜箔线被烧断(图2)。为了确认其与故障现象的关系,笔者参照印刷电路板画出了相关电路
With the rapid development of automotive electronics technology, integrated circuits in automotive dashboards become more and more complex. Because the operating voltage of integrated circuits is much lower than the automotive power supply voltage, the instrumentation circuit has buck and regulator components. Failure 1 Symptom A 2005 Harley car, driving the engine coolant temperature gauge and fuel gauge suddenly stop working. Troubleshooting The car dashboard consists of a speedometer, engine coolant thermometer, fuel gauge and indicator light (Figure 1), no tachometer.
