本刊编辑部在辽宁省会计学会、沈阳市会计学会的大力支持与帮助下,五月六日于辽宁大厦召开了沈阳卷烟厂、沈阳皮革综合厂、沈阳市电器工业公司、造纸工业公司、玻搪工业公司、第一毛纺织厂、油脂化学厂等十二个单位、十三名厂长、副厂长、副经理的座谈会.就“怎样领导好财务工作”进行了座谈,现将座谈情况,简要报道如下:一、必须具备一定的财会知识,才能领导好财会工作.座谈中有的厂长说:当厂长不懂财会业务、就没有资格当厂长.这话有道理.一个厂长(经理)首先要熟悉党的有关方针政策,特别是经济方面的有关政策,才能用经济手段管好经济;其次厂长应当具备一定的财会知识,才能领导好财会工作,否则,就很难做出正确的决策,就不能通过核算、分析、监督等手段促进提高经济效益.一位
