在全球范围内,幽门螺杆菌的耐药性呈上升趋势,且多重耐药严重阻碍了幽门螺杆菌感染的成功根除。了解相关药物作用机制及耐药原因,通过基因检测实现个体化分子精准诊疗,有助于提高根除效率,以及建立抗生素在全国各地的耐药数据,更好地服务于临床。本文就幽门螺杆菌感染的抗生素治疗现状、菌体及宿主因素的分子耐药机制以及耐药基因检测方法进行综述。“,”The drug resistance of n Helicobacter pylori(n H. pylori) is on the rise all over the world, and multi-drug resistance seriously hinders the successful eradication of n H. pyloriinfection. To understand the mechanism of drug action and the causes of drug resistance, and to realize the accurate diagnosis and treatment of individual molecules through gene detection, is helpful to improve the efficiency of eradication, as well as to establish the drug resistance data of antibiotics all over the country, so as to better serve the clinical. This paper reviewes the current status of antibiotic therapy for n H. pylori infection, the molecular resistance mechanism of bacteria and host factors, and the detection methods of drug resistance genes.n
