目的评价中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)2011年儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)实施情况。方法对中国2011年CIIMS收集的儿童预防接种个案和国家终审的用户档案表进行分析。结果 2011年全国省(自治区、直辖市,下同)级CIIMS实施率为93.55%(29/31),以县为单位实施率为87.30%(2570/2944),以乡为单位实施率为81.65%(35070/42950)。以县为单位实施率≥90%的省有22个,比2010年多3个;以乡为单位实施率≥80%的省有20个,比2010年多3个。东、中、西部地区以县为单位CIIMS实施率分别为87.88%、87.91%、86.29%,以乡为单位CIIMS实施率分别为82.58%、84.72%、78.20%。共有44853个预防接种单位有数据上传权限,客户端软件共收集儿童个案84092417条,<6岁儿童CIIMS覆盖率为87.49%。结论为保证CIIMS正常运转,提高从业人员业务水平,增加系统建设经费投入,提高数据质量是非常必要的。
Objective To evaluate the status of implementation of the 2011 Childhood Immunization Information Management System (CIIMS) in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan). Methods Analyzed the childhood vaccination cases collected by China CIIMS in 2011 and the national finalized user profile. Results In 2011, the implementation rate of CIIMS was 93.55% (29/31) in the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the same below. The implementation rate was 87.30% (2570/2944) in units of counties and 81.65% in units of townships. (35070/42950). There are 22 provinces with an implementation rate of ≥90% by county, 3 more than in 2010; 20 provinces have implementation rates of ≥80% in rural areas, 3 more than in 2010. The CIIMS implementation rates in counties in the eastern, central and western regions were 87.88%, 87.91% and 86.29%, respectively. The CIIMS implementation rates for townships were 82.58%, 84.72% and 78.20% respectively. A total of 44,853 vaccination units had data upload rights. The client software collected a total of 840,924,17 child cases, and CIIMS coverage for children <6 years old was 87.49%. Conclusion In order to ensure the normal operation of CIIMS, improve the professional level of practitioners, increase system investment and improve data quality, it is very necessary.
