本文是在电动服装剪裁机空载工作条件的情况下,对整机的动态特性进行了测试,并用计算机对实验结果——振动响应信号进行了以功率谱分析为核心的频谱分析,确定了样机在工况激励条件下的激振力频率结构。文中指出,机器传动系统在运动中产生的不平衡惯性力和惯性力矩是引起整机振动的主要原因,提出了电动服装剪裁机减振降噪的四项具体措施,并已在实践中取得良好效果。
In this paper, under the condition of no-load working condition, the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine are tested. The spectrum analysis of the experimental result-vibration response signal with the power spectrum analysis as the core is carried out with the computer, and the prototype Excitation force frequency structure under working condition excitation. The paper points out that the unbalance inertial force and moment of inertia generated in the motion of the machine drive system are the main causes of machine vibration. Four concrete measures for vibration and noise reduction of the electric garment cutting machine are proposed and have achieved good results in practice effect.
