文章站在业主的角度,将绿色理念融入到工程项目评标指标体系设计中,构建一套全面、合理和可操作的工程项目绿色评标指标体系,包括资质、技术、经济、管理四个层面,共计19项指标;同时运用灰色系统理论,建立了基于多层次灰色关联分析的评标决策模型,以挑选出性价比高的具有绿色施工能力的承包商。最后通过实例分析表明,该指标体系和评价模型具有较强的可操作性。 From the perspective of the owner, the article integrates the green concept into the design of bidding index system of construction projects and constructs a set of comprehensive, reasonable and operational green bid evaluation index system for construction projects, including four aspects of qualification, technology, economy and management , A total of 19 indicators; the same time, the use of gray system theory, the establishment of a multi-level gray relational analysis of the bid evaluation decision-making model to select a cost-effective contractors with green construction capacity.
