本文主要采用文献资料、实践教学的研究方法,对高校公体咏春拳实战技能教学的影响因素进行了研究。结果显示:高校公体咏春拳实战技能教学受到的影响因素有大学生咏春拳学习动机各异、大学生体质差异较大、咏春拳教学软硬件匮乏。为提升大学生咏春拳实战技能,提出端正学生学习动机,针对性发展学生身体综合素质,加强咏春拳课程软硬件建设,培养大学生习武心境、目视能力的训练及武术技能多样化教学的培养策略。
This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature and practice teaching to study the influencing factors of the practical skills teaching of Wing Chun in university. The result shows that the influencing factors of the practical teaching of Wing Chun are as follows: the motivation of students in Wing Chun are different, the constitution of college students is quite different, and the teaching of Wing Chun is scarce. In order to enhance the practical skills of Wing Chun for college students, this paper puts forward the motive of correcting students ’learning motivation, aims at developing students’ comprehensive quality of body, strengthening the software and hardware construction of Wing Chun class, cultivating the martial arts mood of students, visual ability training and diversified teaching of Wushu skills Training strategy.
