目的:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对感特灵胶囊挥发油的化学成分进行分析,以丰富该制剂的化学成分研究,并为其质量控制提供理论基础。方法:采用《中国药典》一部(2010年版)附录XD方法对感特灵胶囊的挥发油进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:共分离出27个化学成分,经与质谱标准图谱比较、检索鉴定出24个成分,相对含量超过5%的成分有棕榈酸(31.82%)、镰叶芹醇(16.89%)、α,5,5,8α-四甲基-2-亚甲基-[1S,[1α(R*),4aβ,8aα]]-α-乙烯基十氢-1-萘丙醇(8.07%)、棕榈油酸(6.67%)。结论:感特灵胶囊中挥发油成分主要有棕榈酸、镰叶芹醇、棕榈油酸。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil from GTR Capsule by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to enrich the chemical composition of the preparation and provide a theoretical basis for its quality control. Methods: The volatile oil from the Chinese traditional medicine Tripterygii Capsule was extracted by the appendix XD of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), the chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, and analyzed by capillary column. The area normalization method was used to determine Its relative content. Results: A total of 27 chemical constituents were isolated and identified. Twenty-four components were identified by comparison with the standard chromatograms. The relative contents of palmitic acid (31.82%), falciparum alcohol (16.89%), α, 5,5,8a-tetramethyl-2-methylene- [1S, [1α (R *), 4aβ, 8aα]] - α-vinyldecahydro- 1- naphthalenepropanol (8.07% Oleic acid (6.67%). CONCLUSION: The main constituents of Volatile Oil in the Capsule are Palmitic acid, Carnitine and Palmitoleic acid.
