技术创新为高新技术企业提供动力,而风险投资作为我国新兴资本出现,其发展对技术创新起到很大作用,所以研究风险资本对技术创新影响程度在我国发展有重大意义。本文由理论分析和实证探究两部分构成。首先介绍风险投资特征及我国发展状况;接着介绍技术创新的融资需求;然后提出相关假设,运用SPSS19.0对其进行验证,最后分析得出结论。
Technological innovation provides impetus to high-tech enterprises. As emerging capital in our country, venture capital plays an important role in technological innovation. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of venture capital on technological innovation in our country. This article consists of theoretical analysis and empirical research. First introduce the characteristics of venture capital and the development of our country; then introduce the financing needs of technological innovation; then put forward the relevant assumptions, using SPSS19.0 to verify it, the final analysis concluded.
